| Bio: | Just an average joe. Old, but reasonably alert.
I was born in the Communist Poland in the middle of the last century. I grew up in Warsaw and attended the Nuclear Technical School in Otwock. I worked in the Warsaw's Nuclear Institute for a few years before going on a vacation to the West from which I never returned. After a year in West Germany (there was such a thing!) I emigrated to USA. Lived in many states and graduated from Hawkeye Institute of Technology in Iowa.
Converted to Mormonism, married a wonderful woman and had 4 children who grew up to be very impressive adults. Moved about a lot (California, Oregon, Utah and back to California) where I left Mormonism and finally retired at an age when I can still enjoy life.
I was incredibly lucky to have a life of a continuous adventure and a good fortune, well beyond anything that a small boy in Poland could even dream about, even after he read all the Jules Verne books ( and "Tomek" series!). I hope you will too. |
